Natalie Wood an Accident or Murdered

The day after Thanksgiving Day in 1981, Natalie Wood, Robert Wagner and Christopher Walken went to the Catalina Island for the weekend on Wagners’ yacht moreover boat captain Dennis Davern were also with them.

According to the Wagner statement in his 2009 book, Pieces of My Heart, he became jealous of Walken interference and friendship with Wood due to which both Wagner and Walken fought on yacht moreover Wagner smashed a wine bottle on a table after which Wood left for her stateroom.

After while Wagner searched Wood but failed then he asked Davern to help, both searched the whole yacht but couldn’t find wood.

Wood body was found a mile from the dinghy and her death has been declared an accidental, she accidentally slipped and fell overboard.

The case is reopened on November 17, 2011 because of new witness statements.  According to the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department statement “We received new clues about Wood death that’s why we have reopened the case.”

Boat’s skipper said to the media that he had lied to the sheriffs about the drowning and he believed Robert Wagner is responsible for Wood’s death.
